Why We're Coming Together

This event is part of National Health Center Week, a nationwide celebration of community health centers and the role they play in keeping families healthy. Across the country, local health centers open their doors—literally and figuratively—to connect with the communities they serve.

Community health centers are nonprofit organizations built to care for everyone, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. They focus on whole-person care, prevention, and long-term wellbeing—not just when you’re sick, but year-round.

This block party is our way of showing up as neighbors first. No pressure. No appointments. Just a fun, welcoming day to celebrate community and connect people to care.
