Is this event free?

Yes! The festival is intentionally free so everyone in the community can join the fun. All activities and entertainment are free. Some food and giveaways are available while supplies last, first come, first served.

We’re hosted at Butler Green Park, surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Anything sold by nearby businesses is separate from the festival and not affiliated with the event.

Do I need to sign up for VIP?

No—it’s not required. VIP just means you register ahead of time so we can plan better and keep things running smoothly on event day. You’ll get helpful reminders, a VIP bracelet, faster check-in, and automatic entry to our biggest prize. Totally optional—come either way, stay as long as you like.

Do I need to register or sign up for any of the giveaways?

No. Giveaways—including food and school supplies—are available while supplies last and on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP registration is not required and does not guarantee giveaway items; it simply helps with planning and check-in help on event day.

Can I show up early?

Love the question—we’re excited too! We know it’s tempting to come early, but the fun officially kicks off at the scheduled start time. That’s when everything opens and the party really begins. We promise it’ll be worth the wait!

What kind of health resources are available?

Community health centers and local organizations will be onsite as friendly neighbors—no appointments, no pressure. If you’re curious, our outreach teams are happy to answer questions and share information about available healthcare services. For those interested in receiving on-site care, we’re offering blood pressure and glucose screenings, sports physicals, and HIV testing.

Is there a rain plan?

Yes! The party goes on rain or shine to keep the good vibes flowing. If severe weather causes changes, we’ll share updates on our website and social channels.
